Scheduling Policy

We offer same-day bookings for your convenience.

Clients can modify or reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

Appointments can be scheduled online or via phone.

A confirmation email/text will be sent after booking.

If you need to make adjustments to your booking after confirmation, please reach out as soon as possible.

A video of the home showing its current conditions is required for all bookings. This helps us assess the space before arrival and ensure we’re prepared to meet your specific needs.
First Time Client Policy

To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization, all first-time residential clients must book an initial deep cleaning at an hourly rate of $100 per hour. This enables us to thoroughly clean and assess your space, setting the foundation for ongoing maintenance.

After your initial deep cleaning, you can then choose to book our flat-rate cleaning services at your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service amount.

Rescheduling is allowed once per booking without penalty if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
